Prehistoric petroglyphs found in a remote area of the Amazon rainforest in Colombia. The ancient site also includes numerous unique Pleistocene depictions of extinct animals that once lived in the area, such as giant sloths, ice age horses, and even giant oxes. The site is thought to be at least 12,500 years old, and these images provide the earliest evidence of human presence in the Amazon region (quoted from Özhan Öztürk)
